This document is the user's manual for the Planmeca ProMax Cephalostat with the ProTouch touchscreen. The cephalostat is used to position the patient's head accurately during X-ray imaging of the skull and attaches to Planmeca ProMax 2D or 3D units.
The manual describes the main components, touchscreen operation, preparing the unit and patient, selecting exposure settings and positioning for all cephalometric projections. This version of the manual applies to unit software 3.3.1.0.r or later and Planmeca Romexis 3.4.0.r or later.
