Privacy policy
What we collect
We only receive personal details when you send a consultation, quote or contact request, or post a comment on an article:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Organization and job title (optional)
- Email address (optional, unless you ask us to reply by email; required for comments and never shown publicly)
- City, the product you are interested in and your message
With each request we also record the IP address, browser type, the page the form was sent from and the time you accepted this policy, so we can stop spam and keep a record of the request.
How we use it
- To answer your request and have a sales or service specialist contact you
- To notify our team of new requests by SMS or email and, if you gave an email address, to send you a confirmation with your reference number
- To follow up on the quote, installation and after-sales service related to that request
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising. Only the technical services the site needs to run, such as hosting and SMS and email delivery, handle it, and only for that purpose, or when a legal authority requires it.
Payments
Nothing is bought or paid for on this site and we never ask for card details. Prices and terms of sale are given to you directly by our sales team.
Cookies
The site only sets essential cookies:
- A session cookie and the XSRF-TOKEN security cookie, so forms work and forged requests are rejected
- cookie_consent, which remembers that you have seen and accepted the cookie notice (kept for one year)
The language comes from the page address (/fa or /en), so no cookie is stored for it. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
How long we keep it
Requests and messages are kept for as long as they are needed to follow up on our work together, warranty and after-sales service. We delete them sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights

Protecting your data
Requests are only visible to the responsible staff in our admin panel.
Changes
Changes to this policy apply from the date the new version is published. Terms for using the site are set out in our terms of use.
