Description
Mammo DR Retrofit is Agfa's vendor-neutral solution for upgrading analog mammography units to direct radiography (DR). It delivers the benefits of DR mammography, namely immediate, high-quality images and a fast workflow, while preserving the existing investment in the mammography unit.
The DR 24M and DR 18M detectors fit in standard 24x30 and 18x24 buckys and are compatible with the unit's AEC. Thanks to Automatic Exposure Detection (AED), no physical or electrical connection to the generator is needed, and the solution can be used with virtually all mammography units, regardless of manufacturer.
