GE Voluson 730 Volume Ultrasound System

Model
Voluson 730

GE Voluson 730 with Volume Ultrasound, volume acquisition up to 40 volumes per second and SRI, CRI, HD-Flow, VCI, TUI and STIC technologies.

Key features

  • Speckle Reduction Imaging (SRI) for improved contrast resolution and border detection
  • CrossXBeamCRI (CRI) with spatial compounding for better tissue and border differentiation
  • HD-Flow, bidirectional power Doppler for more sensitive vascular studies
  • Volume Contrast Imaging (VCI) for assessing lesion size, margins and internal architecture
  • Tomographic Ultrasound Imaging (TUI) for simultaneous display of multiple slices from a volume
  • STIC for fast acquisition of one complete fetal heart cycle and storage for later analysis
  • HD-Zoom and picture-in-picture zoom up to 3.5x for nuchal translucency measurement
  • 4D endo-vaginal probe, lightweight 4D abdominal probe and 4D linear probe for breast

Description

The Voluson 730 is a GE ultrasound system with Volume Ultrasound technology that enables real-time acquisition, navigation and analysis of volume images. It covers everything from routine 2D imaging to advanced 3D/4D studies and patient information management.

The Voluson 730 acquires volume images at up to 40 volumes per second, and beyond 3D/4D, Volume Ultrasound also improves 2D image quality in obstetric, gynecological, breast and general imaging studies. Combined with ViewPoint and 4D View, it supports offline analysis and a simpler workflow.
